Information the site receives
The project form can collect contact details, including a name, email and an optional phone number. Project fields cover the city, ZIP code, optional street address, current room, desired work, planned system changes, budget, timing and a free-text message.
The website may also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and time of access through its hosting and security services.
Why the information is used
Project information is used to read and respond to an enquiry, identify the likely permit area, assess basic referral fit, prevent misuse and operate the website. It may be shared with a possible independent remodel provider when that is a reasonable response to the request.
An introduced provider is a separate business and applies its own privacy practices to information it receives.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Tally operates the embedded project form and sends submission notifications. These companies process information needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Google Analytics is not active at the effective date. If analytics is added, this notice and the public site configuration must be updated to match the real collection before activation.
Mobile and message information
The optional phone field is for project follow-up. Mobile information is not sold or shared for unrelated third-party marketing. The current form does not collect consent for recurring promotional text messages.
Retention and security
Project data is retained for the time reasonably needed to handle an enquiry, keep a referral record, protect the site and meet applicable duties. Online storage carries risk, so access should be limited to the people and services that need the data for those uses.
Choices and questions
You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, subject to legal and operational limits. Use the project form and state that the message concerns privacy rather than a remodeling request.
Changes to this notice
The notice may change when the site’s forms, analytics, messaging or referral process changes. The effective date will be updated with a material revision.
